Love affair with my life and other meditations
We all have one nasty friend. Everything he does is annoying. Everything is ridiculous. You don't like the way he does anything. You disapprove the way he talks, walks, sits, and speaks. You want to debate with everything he says. You want to correct everything he says. You already have a different explanation, logic and point of view that what he says. You always cannot help fixing him but later realize he is unchangable and just accept him for what he is.
Similar nasty friend is your mind. Watch his moves. This will be easier for you. The watcher will be you.
You are pure. Your friend is nasty. That nasty friend is your mind.
What ever you add to what is already pure will be an impurity. Your are already pure.
If there is light in the third eye, well and good. If there is dark nothingness, even better.
When you have thet purity, the purity will spill out of the time of meditation. Meditation is not about making you prepared or prone to enlightenment. Meditation is enlightenment.
You cannot help being a pure existence. Just like a man who has a aura after his love purpose is accepted. He is loved. Then he has that vive. Your life has now loved you. You are in affair with your own life who will never let you down.

Thoughts are distractions from reality.
Often times we try to search for meaning but life doesnot seem to care.
Poetry and meditation is when life cares and offers me a meaning.
There is no solution to the problems of the world.
The problem is "i am" which is attached to it. Your self attached to it. The self that craves and clings, dispises and distastes and wants to flee, the self that disagrees with what is and wants to be something that is not.
The solution is to realize and witness that "i am" is separate from it.
Whole spirituality is the curious search for that unchanging choiceless Self which is empty of any self. The self creates sansara. The Self leads to or rather unveils nirvana. That Self empty and free of self is sunyata.
Its like when you see the river, you are out of the river.
So, there are two selves. One with a capital S and another with a small s.
Don´t be small. Be big.
